“… in Craven County… on the North Side of Trent River beginning at a White Oak at Franck’s line near the Road and Runs a straight line as the road now runs across the other road and along a line of Marked Trees to the back line of Benjamin Stanaland’s Patent then along the line of the said Stanaland’s patent to William Morris’s line from thence to the Pitch holes on Franck’s line then along Franck’s line to the beginning containing by estimation [25 acres]…”
