“… a certain tract of land lying and being in Craven County… on the South side of Trent River & North Side of Crooked Run … corner tree of MacDaniel’s purchase, containing fifty acres more or less… which I the said Gabriel Pickron obtained by deed bearing date the twenty second day of June 1753…”
