“… in Craven County… South Side of Crooke Runn Beginning at the bridge in the Road and running down the runn below the plantation to James Taylor’s line & from thence up to James Taylor’s line over the Road & up to the runn by John Olivers and from thence down the run to the Bridge the first station containing one hundred acres of land more or less, granted to me the said Abraham Busset by a Pattant bearing date the tenth day of September in the Eleventh Year of our Reign ano Domini 1737…”
