“…a certain tract or parcel of land in Craven County on the South Side of Neuse River and on Coor Creek (Core Creek) for fifteen hundred dollars currant money of this state… beginning at a stake near Austin Prescott’s corner in the old Patent line & runs with that to the North side of the glade then with the glade to the head then with the line to a lightwood stump then with the line to Watses? (Watts?) corner then with the line to the fork branch then with the branch to the main branch then with the main branch to the Creek then up the various courses of the creek to the beginning containing two hundred acres…”
