“… a certain tract or parcel of land on Ball’s creek [Craven County] beginning at Cabbin Creek bridge and running with the road to Joseph Morris’ corner at or near Aaron Morris’s ditch, then then with Harefoots line to Fowlers line, thence with Fowler’s line to the beginning, containing one acre more or less… “
