“… a certain tract or parcel of land [in Craven County] on the South Side Neuse River & joining Coor Creek (Core Creek) beginning at a Cypress in a pond the beginning of the land that was lotted of to Sd. Thomas Fonvielle that his brother Thos Fonvielle died possessed with… containing two hundred acres which land Wm. Jones willed to his sons Asa, Thos, William Jones & we Asa & Mary Jones have sold one hundred of the two hundred to have & to hold all the above bargained premises unto the sd Lewis Morris…”
