(1808) John Riggs and Wiley Riggs to Moses Morris

NOTE: The deed actually says John Biggs and Wiley Biggs in the first part of the deed description, but it talks about Riggs Creek. Wiley Riggs had a brother named John Riggs and a William Morris is witness to Wiley Riggs’s will, suggesting some connection either as neighbors or family. At the end of the deed, the names are signed Wiley Riggs and John Riggs, not Biggs.
