“… a certain tract or parcel of land situate … in [Craven County] on the South Side of Bay River between Tindall’s Creek and Wharton’s Creek beginning at a pine Jarvis Jones’s corner at the mouth of Pasture Creek then along Jones’s line … to the River side then down the several courses thereof to the mouth of Tindall’s Creek then up the same variously to the first station containing by estimation one hundred acres of land be the same more or less…”
