… in Craven County being part of two Patents Fifty Acres out of each Patent granted to William Harrison Beginning at a water oak at the Mouth of a small Drean on the North Side of Trent River thence along a line of mark’d trees to the Road that Leads from Little Chinkapin to the said Harrisons Bridge to a pine mark’d for a Corner Tree at the Lower end of the Race paths thence along the said Rode to against Joseph Gilberts Plantation then with a straight Line to Little Chincapin Creek to a Pine then to the said William Morris line then with his own line to a Water Oak on the wat bank thence up the Various Courses of the River to the Beginning containing one hundred acres of land be the same more or less the same land that the said Edward Mashburn bought of Isaac Little Patented by Martin Franck Des’d…”
