“… a certain tract or parcell of land containing by pattant one hundred acres of land more or less … in Craven County on the north side of Trent River on the south side of little Chinkapin Creek beginning at a water oak on the River bank joyning John Gilberts line thence running downt he various courses of the River to the mouth of Chinkapin Creek then Running up the various courses of the Sd Creek to the line or the pattant thence along the line to the afforesaid water oake the beginning for one hundred acres of land more or less…”
